FRANKFORT, KY -- Aug 6, 2008 -- Steve Schneider, CEO for ZAP (OTC BB:ZAAP.OB) and Ashraf Saeed, COO of the Al Yousuf Group, stood by while Governor Steve Beshear yesterday signed an Executive Order directing the Transportation Cabinet to immediately develop and implement an emergency regulation authorizing the use of low-speed electric vehicles on Kentucky's roadways, including the Xebra, a 40 MPH electric car and truck. HELENA, MT -- Aug 1, 2008 -- Montana officials announced that a city-speed electric truck from California manufacturer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAAP.OB) has been purchased by the Montana State Hospital at Warm Springs. Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer, with wife Nancy and Border Collie Jag, first learned about the ZAP Xebra truck and sedan at the Fourth of July Parade in Butte this year. |
