Plant a Tree to Help Save the Environment

Have you planted a tree yet? We have been going strong in our "Zap Trees" project. Dozens of people have given their time, energy and donations to plant a tree in an effort to be environmentally conscious. Today, we spotlight Ryan O'Hearn from Adams, MA We asked Ryan a few questions . . . Why Did You Plant Trees? I love trees because of everything they do for us. They provide shade for us and shelter for animals, and also play one of the most important roles of creating oxygen and eliminating carbon dioxide. Others can help save the environment by planting trees, but also by creating less pollution by car-pooling to work or events, and reducing consumption of electricity, oil, and other natural resources we all use everyday that contribute to pollution and global warming.
