William 'Rock' Hill Named to ZAP Advisory Board
SANTA ROSA, Calif., June 1 -- California automobile manufacturer ZAP (OTC Bulletin Board: ZAAP - News) announced today that William "Rock" Hill has been named to its Advisory Board of Directors.
Mr. Hill is the CEO of Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP (DGW) of Mill Valley, Oakland, and Walnut Creek, California, one of the oldest and most diverse law firms in the Bay Area. DGW was engaged by ZAP in January to handle various corporate law matters, as well as certain regulatory and environmental matters.
"After getting to know Rock Hill personally, I have learned that he is very committed to the environment," said ZAP CEO Steve Schneider. William "Rock" Hill has nearly 20 years experience in litigation, including the past six years as CEO of DGW. Hill also holds advisory board positions with the Oakland Boys and Girls Clubs, which he has held for 10 years. He has also been a member of the advisory board for Rebuild Oakland for the past five years. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 1984.
