GUARANTEE
ZAP has a 14 day unconditional, money-back guarantee on all Power and Portable Energy Products. If a product is returned for a refund customer must pay for shipping back to ZAP.
* 14 day guarantee not valid for the Zapino and Zappy Electric Scooters.

WARRANTY
ZAP products are backed by a 90-Day Warranty. Any product being claimed as originally damaged or defective is subject to the manufacturer's repair/replacement policy. Warranty is automatically activated when you purchase your ZAP Product. Warranty includes replacement parts and repairs. Warranty is voided if the product is rented, used in a manner other than recreation, or modified in any way.

There are no warranties or returns on clearance, E-bay, or warehouse items.

RETURN POLICY

Question: What is your return policy for brand new product?
Answer: 7 days for complete return. (Count from the day you receive your item.)

Question: What is your return policy for special order item, such as refurbished item and item with special deal?
Answer: No return policy if special ordered.

Question: How do I return an item?
Answer: Call Customer Service Department at (707) 525-8658 and get an RMA # to return product to warehouse. We do not accept product that is without RMA#. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned product.

Question: When will I get my refund?
Answer: Within 30 days.

Policies displayed within the product web page supplement and supersede this general policy.

After 14 days from the delivery date and up to 90 days, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund less all original shipping and handling charges. You will incur the return shipping cost and a 15% Restocking Fee.

If a product is originally damaged or defective, follow the return/replacement policy. Originally damaged or defective products are subject to the manufacturer's repair/replacement policy and are not refundable.

Note: All returns must be requested by calling 1-800-251-4555. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the delivery date. If the product is damaged during freight, you should not accept it. Report the damage to the freight courier for proper return. Please contact ZAP immediately.

TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Cancellations and changes must be requested by emailing from our Customer Service area or
Call 1-800-251-4555.

We will make every effort to cancel or change an order at your request. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping and distribution, you will incur the return shipping fee and a 15% Restocking Fee. The original shipping and handling fee is non-refundable; terms in the Return Policy will apply.

You will receive the tracking number within 2- business days after order has been processed. Terms in the Return Policy will apply if you are still requesting the cancellation.

Military discounts / Stockholders discounts 15% on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 5 business days. Standard ground delivery will take approximately 5 to 8 business. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order ships: Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on the availability from our different warehouse locations at no extra cost to you.

ZAP normally uses UPS, FedEx, and DHL for delivery service. We will also provide you a shipment tracking number when your item ships. Freight truck is used for oversized items and may take additional time for delivery. Freight truck delivery is Curbside Delivery only. Any Truck Lift Gate Fee (truck unloading) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Consumer protection message: ZAP reserves the right to cancel your order if your billing information does not match your credit card and/or shipping information.

BACKORDERS, PREORDERS, AND DEPOSITS
ZAP requires a full deposit for all items placed on backorder and preorder. You have the option to cancel, by email, your backordered or preordered item at anytime before it has been processed for shipping and distribution. Your deposit will be fully refunded. If product ships, you will incur the return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Refunds will be made by check or credit card. Allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Special pricing for volume and bulk orders is available. Please email us with the item number, description and quantity for a quote. Dealers and Distributors are subject to their contractual agreements.

Important notice on early Xebra windshields
ZAP has become aware that some of the early xebra vehicles had a windshield
tint that on the very top neutralized the color red.

Any customer who has a windshield with this tinting and requests it in
writing by June 30, 2007 can request a replacement at no charge.

Customer must return the vehicle to an authorized ZAP dealer or authorized
ZAP service location.
