ZAP (OTCBB:ZAAP) to Pay 10 Percent Stock Dividend to Shareholders of Record as of February 15

SANTA ROSA, Calif.--Advanced transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC Bulletin Board:ZAAP - News) today announced that shareholders of record as of February 15, 2007, tomorrow, will receive a 10 percent stock dividend, according to ZAP CEO Steve Schneider. "We are grateful for the support of our shareholders over the past 12 years and want to reward them," stated Schneider in announcing the stock dividend. The 10 percent stock dividend will be payable on February 28, 2007.
