SANTA ROSA, Calif., Jan. 22 -- Advanced transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC Bulletin Board: ZAAP) is confirming the approval by its Board of Directors of a 10 percent stock dividend to all shareholders of record as of February 15, 2007 to be payable on February 28, 2007.
