  • Drive System: Friction power assist
  • Motors:Dual, high efficiency, ceramic, permanent magnet direct current motor, high output, with a 3500 rpm peak.
  • Motor Controls: Two-speed, solid-state, electro-mechanical system. Spring loaded safety on/off trigger switch shuts off motor when released. Rider must pedal to activate
  • Battery: Sealed, twelve volt, 20 amp-hr, maintenence-free, lead acid dry-cell
  • Battery Container: Battery bag is heavy duty nylon cordura material with a large nylon zipper. Battery can be attached or removed from the bike in seconds from the bicycle frame (attached at the down tube or seat tube)
  • Charger: Automatic, portable, six amp, quick charger plugs into any standard 110VAC electrical socket. The maximum charging time is three hours
  • Speeds: Pedal assisted speeds are approximately fourteen miles per hour with a 180 pound rider. With increased pedaling, greater speeds can be achieved. Lighter riders and bicycle frames may go faster than heavy riders or riders with heavier frames
  • Range: Total range is dependant on a number of factors including, but not limited to: terrain, riding conditions, weight of rider, state of charge of the batteries, battery conditioning, rider weight, riding experience. Range is typically fifteen miles per full state of battery charge
