ZAP Launches Sale of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Car, Tests Show up to 120 Miles per Gallon

Electric car pioneer ZAP (OTC BB: ZAAP) is now offering plug-in hybrid conversion systems which get up to 120 MPG on the Toyota Prius and Ford Escape Hybrid through a collaboration agreement with Hybrids Plus. The converted PHEVs can recharge at a normal household electrical outlet.
