The Gift of Green Charity (Heifer International)

Looking to buy a gift for someone? It seems most people I know have everything they need and more! Here's an idea: Give the gift of green charity.

Charities provide the opportunity to give to both the plantet and society's well being.

A gift of seedlings costs only $10, while an ark full of animals can be had for $5,000.

Al Gore Being Sued for Exposing "Fraud of Global Warming"?!

The Weather Channel founder and global warming skeptic advocates suing Al Gore to expose 'the fraud of global warming.

The Weather Channel has lost its way, according to John Coleman, who founded the channel in 1982.

Coleman told an audience at the 2008 International Conference on Climate Change on March 3 in New York that he is highly critical of global warming alarmism.

“The Weather Channel had great promise, and that’s all gone now because they’ve made every mistake in the book on what they’ve done and how they’ve done it and it’s very sad,” Coleman said.

Vehicle Sales Fell by 10% Last Month

Sales of cars and trucks in the United States fell 10 percent in February as oil prices climbed past $100 a barrel and worries about a recession rattled consumer confidence.

Honda was the only major automaker that sold more vehicles last month than in February 2007, though the increase was just 0.7 percent.

The Detroit Three, whose lineups are still heavy in sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks despite their introduction of new passenger cars and crossovers, each reported double-digit percentage declines when adjusted for one additional selling day this year.
