ZAP Shareholder Meeting Set for July 29

SANTA ROSA, California (June 14, 2007) – Electric car pioneer ZAP (OTC BB: ZAAP) is opening its doors to the public for its annual meeting of shareholders, Sunday, July 29 at the Santa Rosa manufacturing and distribution center. ZAP sales tripled in 2006 with the launch of automotive sales, including sales of the XEBRA electric car and truck. The company is planning a shareholder meeting and celebration at its XEBRA manufacturing and distribution center. Several activities are planned for the day, but ZAP CEO Steve Schneider is eager to update shareholders on ZAP's current business and future plans.
