SANTA ROSA, CA--Oct 2, 2007 -- Electric car pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAAP.OB) announced today that veteran automotive and technology executive Albert Lam has agreed to join its Board of Directors.

WARRANTY ZAP power and portable energy products are backed by a 90-Day Warranty. Any product being claimed as originally damaged or defective is subject to the manufacturer's repair/replacement policy. Warranty is automatically activated when you purchase your ZAP Product. Warranty includes replacement parts and repairs. Warranty is voided if the product is rented, used in a manner other than recreation, or modified in any way. Product warranties subject to change. No warranty on batteries after 3 months from ship date. Zapino's, Xebra's, Zaptruck XL's, ZAPVAN Shuttle's. have a 6 month warranty from ship date. Scooters purchased on E-Bay or similar sites will not be warrantied.
