WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--March 31, 2006--Automotive pioneer ZAP (PCX:ZP; NYSE Arca:ZP) announced today that Robert Sharon, a school teacher from Wellington, Florida, has taken delivery of the first US approved Smart Car in the State of Florida through ZAP's authorized dealership in West Palm Beach.

Last Few Weeks Validates ZAP's Business Model

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (March 28, 2006) - Automotive pioneer ZAP (PCX: ZP; NYSE Arca: ZP) announced today that its initial sales in various model year Smart Cars have exceeded $2.3 million, which would result in record monthly auto sales since ZAP launched its automotive marketing.

I just wanted to say thanks so much for helping me get my adorable SmartCar!! Even though we had some rough moments throughout this ordeal, having this little cutie parked in my garage has made me forget all those troubles...hopefully you have, too:)

But I know that if it weren't for all you guys at ZAP I would not have this car, certainly not already and maybe never!
