ZAP car certified by Executive Order

Cal EPA Board ruling means ZAP cars legal for sale

SANTA ROSA, California (September 21, 2004) - Under an Executive Order from the State of California Environmental Protection Agency, advanced automotive technology company ZAP (OTC BB:ZAAP) announced today that the state's Air Resources Board has certified its ZAP WORLDCAR, as a "Zero-Emission Vehicle."

ZAP's WORLDCAR, earned five trophies at the 2003 Michelin Challenge Bibendum
