ZAP Acquires Electric Transportation Company

SANTA ROSA, California (April 19, 2004) – Electric transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire The Electric Transportation Company, LLC (ETC) of Santa Barbara, California.
