ZAP Names Ron Pavelka as National Sales Manager

SANTA ROSA, California (February 16, 2004) – Electric transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) announced today that Ron Pavelka has been named as National Sales Manager for the Northern California company's Consumer Products Division, which includes electric bicycles, scooters, dive propulsion vehicles and future products.
