ZAP appoints William L. Mitchell as VP of Latin American Operations

SANTA ROSA, Calif., (November 15, 2004) -- Advanced automotive technology pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAAP) announced today that it has named Mr. William L. Mitchell as Vice President of ZAP Latin America to increase the Company's presence in the growing market for energy-efficient vehicles in South America.
