SANTA ROSA, California (January 6, 2003) - Electric vehicle pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) announced today it has retained the services of Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP of Mill Valley, Oakland, and Walnut Creek, California, one of the oldest and most diverse law firms in the Bay Area. Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP (DGW) has been engaged by ZAP to handle various corporate law matters, as well as certain regulatory and environmental matters. DGW has also agreed to hold a position on ZAP's advisory board.
