ZAP Completes $3.25 Million Transaction

SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (March 26, 2003) – Electric transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) announced today that it has completed the purchase of a historic $3.25 million dollar ($3,250,000.00) office building in downtown Santa Rosa which will house its corporate headquarters.

ZAP announced it has completed the purchase of the building that houses its ZAP Store at 4th and B Street in downtown Santa Rosa.
