ZAP Signs Electric Car Agreement
SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (December 10, 2002) - ZAP (OTCBB:ZAPZ), the Northern California pioneer in electric bicycles and scooters, announced today its subsidiary Voltage Vehicles has signed an agreement for a new ZAP brand of electric automobile.
ZAP expects to unveil the new electric cars on January 9, 2003 at the International CES in Las Vegas, Nevada, the world's largest consumer technologies event with more than 100,000 annual attendees.

Based in nearby Sebastopol, California, ZAP helped pioneer the market for electric bicycles and scooters. President Bush Signs Electric Bike Law
SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (November 27, 2002) - Electric transportation developer ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) today issued praise for a new law that would reduce the regulatory burdens on electric bicycles.
According to legislative reports, the United States Senate has approved H.R. 727 and President Bush has signed it into law. The bill, introduced by Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Ocala, Florida), passed the house in 2001. Currently, low-speed electric bikes are regulated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), which subjects these bicycles to the same standards as motor vehicles.

ZAP Sales Up 300 Percent after Mergers
SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (November 20, 2002) - Transportation pioneer ZAP (OTC BB: ZAPZ) today reported sales for the third quarter of fiscal year 2002.
For the three months ended September 30, 2002, total sales for ZAP increased 300 percent to $2,040,000 from last year's third quarter of $678,000. ZAP Subsidiary Voltage Vehicles Increases Offer for Ford's Think Electric Car Program
SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (November 7, 2002) - Publicly owned electric vehicle maker ZAP (OTC BB:ZAPZ) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Voltage Vehicles, has increased its offer to acquire Ford's Think electric vehicle assets to $13 million in cash, stock, and/or warrants.
ZAP's offer would be for all of Ford's electric vehicle (EV) assets including the Think City electric car. This offer initiated by ZAP shareholders at its shareholder meeting on October 26, 2002 follows news reports that Ford has shut down the Ford Think electric vehicle project. According to published reports, Ford has sold 3,000 Think Neighbor vehicles and 1,050 Think City vehicles.
